The Dr. Kern Sun Rules

Important tips for healthy tanning:

Let the studio specialists determine your personal skin type.
During an insolation spa, make absolutely sure that you observe the maximum permissible exposure times that are specific to the equipment.
In the event of abnormal skin reactions and when taking medication, ask your doctor first.
Thoroughly remove make-up and all cosmetics before insolation.
During insolation, keep your eyes closed and always wear protective glasses or comparable eye protection.
Don't visit any other sunbaths on the same day. There should be at least one break from the sun between sunbaths.
Before and after insolation, only use clinically tested indoor cosmetics.
The positive effects of insolation can be built up especially well by means of an insolation spa.
Natural sun protection is better for the skin if it is built up over multiple insolation sessions.
